AGM 2021

Members are invited to receive the report of the officers and accounts for the year ending 31 December 2020 at the Society s Annual General Meeting now to be held at
19:30pm on Thursday 29th July 2021
in the Council Chamber, Chesham Town Hall.

Nominations are invited for members to serve as Trustees on the Executive Committee. Members are invited to nominate themselves or other members (with their consent) for any of the positions. Officers and Trustees listed below are standing for re-election, but additional members are very welcome; we are particularly in need of a treasurer. Nominations should be sent to the Chairman before the meeting – see this page
to download a nomination form.  Nominations will also be accepted from the floor on the evening. A ballot will be held to elect the officers and committee.

Refreshments will be served at the close of the meeting.
