AGM replacement

As we were unable to hold our Annual General Meeting, we asked society members to answer the following questions -

Q1 Do you agree to reappoint the existing committee for a further 6 months, or until an AGM can be held ?

Q2 Do you agree that the Society should temporarily suspend clause 7(1) of the constitution, which requires that the Executive Committee consist of not less than 6 members

Q3 Do you accept the accounts for the year 2020 ?

We are pleased to report that 36 responses were received; 4 were blank, but the remaining 32 voted in favour of all 3 questions.The existing committee will therefore remain in post, as proposed in Q1 above.
