What’s Happening at Pednor ?

From the Planning Enforcement log (page 10), Plot 14 Land Northeast of Pednor Road –
Without planning permission, the erecting of fencing –
Plots 11,12,13,14 Section 215 notice issued. 4.12.25 Formal enforcement action. The outcome of the recent court hearing was an adjournment to allow further discussions with the owners of the land in question. This adjournment does not mean that the prosecution or any legal action has ceased or been dismissed. Our position remains unchanged: the land must be cleared in accordance with the notices previously served. If compliance is not achieved, a court date will be set to proceed with prosecution

The purpose of these discussions is to allow all parties to raise any concerns and to reaffirm the Council’s expectation that the land will be cleared.

It would seem that this is some hoop to jump through, before proceeding to the prosecution ?
