Membership
If you choose to purchase a Chesham Society membership online there are certain details that we need to collect to process your payment and setup or maintain your membership:
- Your name, address and phone number
- Your address and email address
- If you have agreed to Gift Aid
We require this information in order to process your membership and to communicate with you that your membership payment has been accepted. This information will be viewed by members of the committee who are responsible for managing membership and will be held for as long as you remain a member of The Chesham Society.
We use a third party service called Woocommerce to manage the purchasing functionality on our website and Stripe to process payments via debit or credit card. You can find out more on how Stripe manages your privacy here.
Mailchimp
We use Mailchimp to distribute our newsletters. If you sign up to receive these then your name and email address will be stored by Mailchimp. You can find out more on how Mailchimp handles GDPR on their website.
Your name and email address are not shared with any third parties.
Log Data
We collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service (“Log Data”).
